Michelle graduated from Queen’s University in 2012 with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. In addition, Michelle holds Degrees in both Kinesiology and Music from Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Post-graduation, Michelle has completed training in Rehabilitation Reformer Pilates through STOTT Pilates and is certified in Functional Dry Needling (IMS). She has also completed courses in Soft Tissue Release Techniques, New Advances in Hip Rehabilitation, K-Taping and Level 1 and Level 2 Acupuncture through Acupuncture Canada.

Michelle is a strong advocate of active rehabilitation for recovery and injury prevention. She uses a combination of traditional exercise, manual therapy, dry needling, and Pilates principles to provide treatment to her patients. Michelle believes that the strength of a client and therapist relationship is at the core of successful physiotherapy treatment. She combines compassion and empathy with technical skills to empower clients to achieve their goals.

Outside of work you can find Michelle enjoying skiing, mountain biking, triathlons, hiking and camping, as well as playing her flute with several community groups and rediscovering her love for tap dancing!

Jonathan is a born and raised Calgarian. He obtained a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Acadia University, followed by his Master of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Alberta.

Highly involved in sports himself, Jonathan has worked with hockey and football teams and continues to enjoy working with hockey players from all levels. Through continued mentorship with Physiotherapy leaders, Jonathan has developed a special interest in hip, shoulder, and spinal injuries.

Jonathan loves to learn and is continually adding to his knowledge and skills in the field of sports and musculoskeletal injuries. He has attained certifications from both the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute and Functional Dry Needling (IMS). He has also completed courses focusing on his Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy. Regular literature searches help ensure the delivery of appropriate evidence-based physiotherapy. Jonathan’s focus lies in providing accurate assessment and ensuring every client’s concern is understood and treated thoroughly to achieve their individual goals.

Born and raised in Red Deer, Pascal ventured overseas to complete his Physiotherapy degree at Brighton University in the UK. His dual background as a Personal Trainer and Physiotherapist has shaped a well-rounded approach to assessment, injury rehabilitation, and injury prevention.

Passionate about working with everyone — from athletes and youth to the general population — Pascal blends manual therapy with education and movement, drawing on his experience and strength as a strength coach.
